Kathryn Reaux has worked as a trusted and responsible member of our communications team here at Lafayette Consolidated Government. Reporting to our Chief Communications Officer, Kathryn has undertaken a broad portfolio of responsibilities with enthusiasm, diligence, and effectiveness.

Like many communities across America, ours has undergone tremendous trials and challenges as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Since our first inklings of what was to come, Kathryn has been a valued member of the team – with ideas, energy, persistence, and a consistently positive attitude. Her professionalism in this difficult time has been invaluable to the efforts of the team to help protect the health and safety of our citizens.

Kathryn consistently generates timely, high-quality work-product under challenging circumstances and fast-paced deadlines. She has contributed to communications regarding LCG’s COVID-19 response, Project Geaux Mow (our privatization of parish landscaping services),the creation and branding of our 311 system and new website, and whatever else she has been tasked with.
