I had the pleasure of meeting Kathryn during our shared time at Lafayette Consolidated Government. (November 2018-June 2020)

We both worked within the Robideaux and Guillory administrations. The thing that is immediately evident about her as a person and co-worker is that she is incredibly driven and gracious with her immense time and talent.

Whenever I had a question or wanted to collaborate on a project, she was always ready to lend a hand. Her quality of work, creativity, and professionalism is next to none. One of her best attributes is that she uses her experience and expertise to improve on other people’s work without loosing sight of the vision and ideas someone else brings to the table. She effortlessly builds on a strong foundation and really challenges you as a co-worker to bring your A game. Not for nothing, but she is also incredibly personable and an absolute joy to be around.

Government work can be mundane and tedious on its best day, but you would never know that working with Kathryn. She brings an infectious energy to everything she does and truly works hard for herself and others.

I have every confidence that no matter where she lands, she will exceed her own vast potential and any employer’s expectations. She is truly one of a kind, and one of my few regrets in our time as co-workers is that it didn’t last longer.
